By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Use of Our Services

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Our applications allow you to create, store, and manage content such as wedding planning data, guest lists, budgets, and other information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not claim any ownership rights to your User Content.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free and Premium Features

Our applications offer both free features and premium subscription options. The specific features available under each tier are described within the application.

Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device settings
• Refunds are handled according to the respective app store's refund policy

Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of any information provided
• The reliability, security, or availability of our services
• The results obtained from using our services
• The compatibility of our services with your devices or software

Our applications are tools to assist with wedding planning. We do not guarantee any particular outcomes and are not responsible for wedding planning decisions made based on information in our applications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PerfectDay Technologies Ltd and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and personal information

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PerfectDay Technologies Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination using the export features within our applications.

Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
